After 6 hours flight, I am so glad to find good food.
Stacy is an AMAZING bartender and server! She is witty and a bit of a spitfire. Had a blast - wish we could stay longer!Edited to say *we are sitting here reading the other reviews and having a great laugh. Stacy is working her TAIL feathers off... obviously she does this everyday. If you can’t handle it, go sit across at Starbucks and sip an GMO-free skinny latte. 😁
I was going to eat here, but after I waited for 15 minutes and finally walking over to the bar myself and trying to place an order, I was told that I can't order and should wait for my waitress. The person was, I assumed, a bartender, an older woman with short hair. She was rude and loud making me feel like I was bothersome trying to order sdomething after waiting 15 min in nearly empty bar. Too bad that management doesn't care what kind of service is provided to customers since they don't have too many full service restaurants before you pass customs as their competitors.
Slow service at first, then a different waiter came on and she was great. Food was ok. Drinks were very expensive
Very slow. First two beer brands I ordered were not in stock. It was only noon.
Waited nearly 8 minutes to have my order taken. There were people seated in the restaurant and it was overcrowded. There were only 2 or 3 people working and the service was real slow. If you are minority or look non white expect extended delays...The staff are not welcoming to minority people...they older white lady made me wait while almost immediately serve the white people that came in. I would avoid this plalce.....
Great waitress with a fun personality
We lunched at this cafe while waiting for our delayed flight. We were super hungry, therefore the food seemed alright. The server however was not very pleasant, not very friendly and welcoming. AND!!!! THEY CHARGED US TWICE FOR ONE ORDER! Beware!
One of the best views along the river in Portlands from an outstanding patio. Great farm-to-table menu that never disappoints, especially with such great value during happy hour.
Their food are microwaved, I ordered the scampi pasta and soup of the day, everything is microwaved including the bread on the side. Taste awful and bland.
While having a frustrating day traveling, my wife poped in for a drink. After receiving the drink she payed and tipped the waitress on her debit card. Than when she got up to leave the the waitress chased her down and accused her of steeling the drink, unfortunately my wife didn't take her copy of the receipt and they "couldn't find their copy". Frustrated she payed cash and continued on her way. When we finally got to our destination and checked our bank account there was the charge for $15.62. The drink was not worth the $30 she payed and the "friendly service" was even more disappointing. Defenatly not going back! Zero stars whould be closer to the truth.
The best thing here was the free water! We ordered the Pasta Mediterranean. It was the worst we have ever eaten. Also there was no fresh basil on it (as the menu says) and the cheese was not the promised parmesan. As I told thewaitress she neither accepted the criticism nor she apologized. After we got the bill we had to wait another 20 minutes to pay. Never again!!!
Waited for 10 min and nobody would sit me. So left.
Poutine was nice, could use a little more seasoning to the gravy. Servers were very nice and food came out quickly during lunch.
Slow service and a subpar caprese sandwich.
Come here if you want to have fun getting your drink on if you have a few hours to kill before your flight/ can’t go in through security yet. Awesome people work here. Stacy made our night! She’s a hard worker; bartending 7 bar seats and serving 12 tables alone. If you don’t have a sense of humor, don’t come here.
A cut about most airport food, but still not what you get from one of your go to spots. Service was very good. Drink menu was decent but they were out of a number of wines I was interested in, so I had to opt for a glass of white wine that was definitely not my first choice.
Terrible beer selection, horrendous food selection, and while sitting there the bartender refused someone a drink because their license expired that day after his friend had bought a beer, and then told him he had to leave the restraunt because he didn't have proof he was of age but his buddy could stay. its fine if you can't let him drink but don't make home leave his buddy is still there. The bartender was honestly just being a dick.
Breakfast menu was available all day. Scrambled eggs with bacon and cheese on a croissant served with a good portion of strawberries and blueberries was a great value for the price. Service was good.
There is not a lot of options for eating outside of security at SeaTac, this is clearly the main one. I got the one Vegan option, a hummus, veggie and pita dish. I was pleased with the quantity of veggies and hummus and the price was very fair for an airport. The place was too crowded and the servers seemed stressed due to the space and busyness. For non vegans the other food looked well prepared as well.
Place is a hoax. Vintage Washington? Two Oregon pinots. A half dozen Chateau Ste. Michelle wines. Hardly representative of Washington State wines. Go to Vino Volo for better wines and better food.
Every time we come here..ONLY ONE PERSON RUNNING THE BAR AND RESTRAUNT AREA!😡
Very rude waitress " grace" ...sat down she never got our drink orders. After sitting there for 20 min we got up and left because she kept taking everyone else's order that came in the door after us but never came back to the table, yes it was busy but when you seat someone at least offer them something to drink before ignoring them.
Super rude service by the lfood sever a little lady oriental I did not even want to eye view the person these lady should work at jail Cleaning toilets. The owner should get her out of customer service & put he behind the dishwasher area
I had such a good experience here! The waitress made sure what I was eating conformed to my food allergies and I was able to eat the crab Louie salad which was gluten free and I had a great glass of white wine. When I accidently spilled half of it my server was kind enough to bring me a little more. Thank you for letting me hang out here and feeding me such a wonderful meal while waiting for my flight to start allowing bag check-in! I couldn't be happier.
Really great place to wait out a flight delay. The service is excellent, and the cheese plate is enormous.
Nice bar, nice beer selection. the pasta was very good too, and big serving.
Good bartender that's curious and prompt..quite relaxing attmaspher...
The bartender was rude as hell, just wanted a drink while I waited to pick somebody up and was refused service if I didn’t sit a table. There were zero tables available otherwise I would have sat down, rediculous you can’t patronize a place in the airport because you can’t sit down. The bartender who was serving that was on shift was there at 5:30pm Seattle time on 2/11/19. To my knowledge there is no law that prevents being served because your not at a table as long as your in the facility, good thing this isn’t a local area restaurant or bar with that server on.
So the individual working on the evening I visited the bar with a friend was working by herself - and there were roughly 15-20 people in the location when we arrived. I get that you want to close on-time, but why do last call at 10pm when you list as being open until 11pm? We were almost literally swept out with a broom at 10:25 in the evening. Odd.
Service is inattentive and the pasta dish I ordered is inedible.
Terrible service.
LOVED IT
Got to the airport and hour and a half early to pick my father up at the airport and we went to go pick our table so that we could see him when he came through the gate and the very rude waiter made a sign across his throat and said “no. We’re closed.” So fine - we left but not only were they not closed - there are other people that they have served that they are laughing and talking with. So I decided to look up the hours and not only did I stumble across the other negative reviews but discovered that they don’t actually close until 11 pm. I would avoid this place at all costs. There’s a starbucks right across from them that is delicious and the employees are so much nicer! Go there! I would leave no stars but I have to leave at least 1 star so that I can leave a review - however negative. Not only is there no way to call them - the number that google shows is the number to the aviation port
Nice place for drinks when waiting for someone to get off their plane!
Very nice
Honestly not that bad. Just went here to get a glass of wine with my gf when she was leaving on a flight. It is like 2-3 more than what I would expect to pay in a similar bar, not crazy. The waitress/bartender was nice, but kinda stressed. Def gave us more than a 6oz pour 😀. The table was not cleaned, yup so that definitely was a minus. Yes they only had one person working there. But it was a bar that was open outside security at SeaTac.Also last call was at 9 btw.
Turned opening preseason nfl game off because they said it will distract travelers who don't spend money. They lose money when football is on. Out of almost every traveler's first request for drink . I sat there for two hours waiting to check luggage. So it was viable experience. was nice to have a drink option on the outside of TSA . Two stars cause bartender worked hard to cover both bar and seated patrons
A nice Lebanese restaurant with lots of yemmy mediteran recipes
Vintage Washington was the only bar we could find outside security so we stopped here. This is a good example of what happens when there is no competition. The service was slow, the food was mediocre and the prices were high. Not a good combination!
As I was once a bartender, we all know proper closing of the bar is a MUST!!! That being said, BEWARE OF THE FRUIT FLIES.
Waitress was working diligently; however, the restaurant was grossly understaffed. After 20 we left without eating - we had only ordered one sandwich and a soup. Will not go back to this establishment.
Good for a 16 hour layover
Only ate here due to the fact that it was the only place outside security that you could really get any food. Prices were kinda high for what you get but you gotta make due with what you have.
The bartender was very attentive, and food was fast, pours were big. I don’t know the tenders thane but she was a Latino lady with a little red in her hair and very sweet. Awesome service
We arrived hungry from Boston, and we got just what we wanted: Good food - ( We had soup, sandwich, and beverage) Crab Bisque was good - served with nice bread, and the sandwiches were good too. Thank you very much. We're now ready to travel on. Not much on ambiance, but he'll, it's an airport.
Service is trash took me 25 minutes to get a refill on my beer and I'm sitting at the bar. They dont even pick up the used plates in a timely manner. They just leave them lying around.
Extremely busy wine bar that also serves food located prior to security in the Seatac airport... the staff seemed overwhelmed, however they did their best and as a former server I could see that and so 4 stars for effort.
